1. Booking and Payments

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The final balance must be paid in full at least 8 weeks prior to departure. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • More than 8 weeks before departure: Loss of deposit
  • 4 to 8 weeks before departure: 50% of total package cost
  • Less than 4 weeks before departure: 100% of total package cost

3. Visa Applications

We will assist with visa applications, however, the approval of visas is at the sole discretion of the Saudi Arabian Embassy. We cannot be held responsible for visa rejections or delays caused by the Embassy or incorrect documentation provided by the applicant.

4. Flights and Accommodations

Flight timings and airline carriers are subject to change. Accommodations are booked based on the package selected. In the rare event that the booked hotel is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide an alternative accommodation of a similar or higher standard.

5. Health and Safety

It is the responsibility of the pilgrim to ensure they are physically fit for the journey and have obtained all necessary vaccinations required by the Saudi Arabian authorities.
